Salon Policies & Guidelines LocsNthingsbyAshley at Phenix Salon Suites Booking & Appointments - All appointments must be booked through our online booking system to ensure accurate scheduling and communication. - Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a prompt start. - Late arrivals will be handled as follows: * 10-14 minutes late: $20 late fee applies * 15+ minutes late: Appointment will be automatically cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy - Each child client may be accompanied by one adult only. Additional guests cannot be accommodated in our studio space. Every Service requires a Deposit. Deposits are non refundable unless the stylist cancels. All deposits are applied to your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling - A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. - Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. - If you need to cancel due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time with no penalty. Health & Safety - For everyone's safety, clients exhibiting signs of contagious illness (fever, severe cough, etc.) will be asked to reschedule. - Our salon maintains strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients. Service Guarantee - If you experience any concerns with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. - We will schedule a correction appointment at no additional charge within 7 business days. Our Commitment to You - If we are running late for your appointment, we will: * Notify you as soon as possible * Provide a 10% discount on your service * Ensure you receive your full service time - If we need to cancel due to illness or emergency, we will: * Contact you immediately * Prioritize your rescheduling * Offer a 15% discount on your next service Payment - We accept all major credit cards, digital payments, and cash. - Full payment is due at the time of service. - Prices are subject to change without notice.
